The framework of the collector is made of a thick aluminium profile in an elegant and practical shape. The back cover is made of a zinc plated steel plate with 0.8 mm thickness. The absorber is made of aluminium multi sun strip and is coated with selective coating in black-blue color to maximize the absorption of the solar irradiation. The thermal insulation is made of rock wool with a volume of 150 kg/m3 and 30 mm thickness. The collector offers a very high cost-profit ratio and also includes tempered glass gaskets for high endurance to the sun. The set of linking tubes is made of copper and features an expanded foam insulation. The side cover of the tank is made of engineering plastic ABS. It is made of a coloured steel plate with a thickness of 0.5 mm giving it a beautiful and elegant design. The tank itself is made of stainless steel 304 ( ocr18ni9) or enamel. Perfect insulation, rigidity and tightness is created by expanded polyurethane insulation which is injected in liquid form and expands after injection.
